Why we have this policy
A restoration is something you carry in your mouth for years. We set out what the clinic takes responsibility for if it chips, comes loose or leaks, so you know before treatment.
This is a warranty on restorations (repair or remake), not a guarantee of treatment results. The periods below are sample figures; the clinic replaces them with its real policy.

Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown
3 years from fitting.
All-ceramic crown
5 years from fitting.
Porcelain veneer
3 years from bonding.
Porcelain bridge
3 years for the whole bridge.
Restoration on implants
5 years for the crown or bridge on the posts.
Conditions
The warranty applies when
You have the warranty card
On paper or by email.
You keep your check-ups
At least every 6–12 months, at the clinic.
No work elsewhere
The restoration has not been altered outside the clinic.
You follow the advice
Such as wearing a night guard when prescribed.
When it does not apply
- Knocks, accidents or biting hard objects.
- Gum disease or new decay from poor cleaning or missed check-ups.
- Changes in general health that affect the jawbone.
- Whitening, scaling and other treatments that are not restorations.
